For clarification purposes, this company is located at 2050 Algonquin Drive in Schaumburg, IL. I did a loan for them recently and I've never been so mad. They changed the docs on me the night before the closing....no problem. Then I'm at the closing and I had to call to ask a question about a form and the RUDE closer asks me if I received the new docs. I said "yes I received them last night." She says "no the ones I sent to you this morning." I said I had not received them and had no idea what she was talking about. She said she emailed them to me and called me. I looked and she had emailed them to me at 11:09 for a 12:00 closing (which actually started at 11:30 due to my arriving early). She had called at 11:45am (which I did not answer because I was sitting with the borrowers). She said she thought the closing was later in the afternoon...I reminded her that her company had scheduled the closing so I'm not sure why she didn't know when it was occurring. She continued to RUDELY tell me how I would have to print the documents and go back to the borrowers to have them sign the new ones. I told her I would need to be compensated for another trip fee and she said that was impossible due to it being the lenders fault and because the HUD had already been approved. After arguing with her I finally told her that I would do it but that the docs would not go out the same day due to my having other closings scheduled. She answered "whatever." I will never do work for this company again. It wouldn't have been so bad if Claudia had not been so rude and unapologetic. How would you have handled this? Honestly, I was flabbergasted by the whole situation.
