OMG I wished I had read the blogs about this company before I signed on with them. Its February 24, 2015 and I am still waiting to be paid for signing done in the month of December 2014. Each time I call them in February the only answer I get is they are still working on December payment and they are waiting to be paid by the lender. I know a lender would not take 60-90 to fund a loan because they require the borrower to make the first payment in 60 days. I Did 5 jobs for them and only got paid for one, Now I have 2 for January and 4 for February.

I will not be working for this company anymore and if all us Notaries stop working for them then maybe we can rid the industry of this bad apple.

Yep..we know. Signing Stream used to be Home Signings, which used to be Final Link (who is out of business).

Check out all companies thoroughly here, on Notary Cafe, on Notary Rotary and a google search before you work for them - use this procedure until you become more familiar with the nonpayers. If you don't this will happen to you again.

I received a call on 3/29/2013 from SIGNING STREAM to do a signing for %90.00 and signed/returned it in a timely manner. I finally received a check for &65.00 on 05/15/2013. I emailed them to ask why the shortage and they replied that I didn't follow their guidelines even though I did. DO NOT ACCEPT SIGNINGS FROM SIGNING STREAM!!! THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU TOOK THE CALL.
