Hello,

On behalf of National Preferred Notary (NPN), we have decided to go over a bit about Notary Bridge.

We do use Notary Bridge as our running system. In turn, they send offers to Notaries to have them sign up with them and be listed within their system for a fee. **THIS IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL & IS NOT A REQUIREMENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE SIGNINGS FROM US***

In terms of our fees, it is a circumstancial basis. We do compensate for distance, printing, faxing, etc..

Michael Devalk, CEO of NPN was former Vice President of Notary Direct. He has branched out and opened up his own signing company. We are in no way shape or form related to Notary Direct or any of its affiliates.

Please feel free to contact us for any more information. 855.731.5139

Sincerely,

NPN INC

We received an offer for a signing from National Preferred Notary, Inc. No phone number listed. The email states you need to have a Notary Bridge account to apply to the offer. When we looked up Notary Bridge, it looks like there is an $11 per month fee. I also hear this is a low-ball company. We are not responding but we are interested in finding out what fellow NSA's have experienced.

I believe they're related in some way with Nation Direct, but definitely an even more recent incarnation as National Preferred Notary, Inc. using that email address. They're just establishing new identities from the bad rep of Nation Direct.

Sincerely yours,
