It is common with husband and wife teams, or small notary networks that include a small handful of people -- that signings get handed off to another person.

Let's say that you are XYZ signing company and you assign a loan to be signed by Fred. But, Fred never tells you that Sue will be signing the loans. Do signing companies get mad?

In India it is common for one guy to offer you a cab ride. He will speak decent English. The minute you get into the cab, he disappears and some lame looking anarexic guy gets into the cab who can't speak a word of English. I am not going on a 3 hour ride with a non-English speaker. What if I need medical attention, or what if there is a problem?
