| Equity Settlement Services is a title company. I have completed many signings for them, and have always received payment. They do pay the end of the month following the month of the signing. I know their payment terms, so no surprises from my end. |

I did two signings for them. The first was on 3/21/2014. I was told my check would be mailed by 3/30. I did not receive it until 5/2/14 (about 45 days).
The second signing was on 4/15/2014. I called, emailed, called, emailed... and eventually received a check on 6/16/2014. (about 60 days).
And that late check? It was for $10 less than the agreed upon amount!
I contacted them to let them know the error they made with the amount. Included a copy of the original notary instructions which specified the fee. No response.
I've worked for a dozen signing companies so far, and this my first time saying: never again for this company! |

Hey Jeremy,
Did anyone ever update you on the satisfaction for Equity Settlement of NY as below. I saw a Laurie post that she did a job for them in November 12 but she never updated as promised.
