I just received the following email and I went back through my records for 3 years and I've never worked for them.

I apologize if you are receiving the email again.
My name is Andrew Cantor, and I am working on improving our settlement security for Advantage Title Company. I am writing to you to get your help on this.
Have you ever felt a bit squeamish when you have a contractor come to your home – and you have no idea who they are? Perhaps it is to get your TV set up, landscaping done, or to help with a leak in the bathroom. You order help and a stranger shows up, and you let them in. There are many people who feel uneasy in this situation.
At Advantage Title Company, we are working to ease borrower’s tensions at the time of closing. Many refinance closings happen at the borrower’s homes, and we would like to increase the comfort in this experience. To that end, we are implementing the following project:
After you have been scheduled (if it is within say, 48 hours of a closing), we would like to send them a link where they can view your picture. The picture will be posted on our Facebook account. It will have your name and the state you cover, plus any positive comments that previous borrowers have left about you. This will establish a more easy going relationship with you and the borrowers before you even show up.
Once this project has been 60% completed (no later than September 1st), preferential booking will be given to closers who have provided this information.
Can you please e-mail me a headshot or other suitable picture? It would be greatly appreciated.
