I finally had to go onto their website and I contacted Larry Black, the owner of the company. I left him a message and let him know that I was not getting any returned phone calls or emails from his employees, and that I felt that waiting 60 days for payment was way too long for a site inspection. I told him I would contact the Atty General and BBB, etc, if I was not paid immediately! He called me back that afternoon and left a message that the check would go out that day.(no excuses or apologies) Sure enough, I received it 64 days after the inspection. NEVER AGAIN!!

Just noticed that I had worked for them in 2010. Was paid in 20 days.
Just saying...

Did a job for them on 12/20/2103 for $50 just a few miles from my house. Took pics, uploaded them as instructed, called in from the site, etc. Still have not been paid. Call a couple of weeks ago and was told they were running a bit behind, and was instructed to call another person Jim Ward regarding payment. I called and emailed and now no one is answering or returning calls or emails. I called their client this am and asked if they knew what was going on. The lady was rude and said she didn't know and that they paid their bills so it not her problem. Looks like another company that likes to use my income to pay their bills. I'll keep you posted.

Never worked for them, but was contacted just this week for a 'site check'...which involved setting an appointment, spending (they say) 1/2 hr. on site completing report & taking pics and then another ??? (1/2 hour has been my experience with 1. downloading photos into computer. 2. resizing same so it doesn't take a week to upload them. 3. doing the online report and uploading photos.)

Was a 32 mile RT which in my area would take 1 hr. drive time. Meaning 2 hours of my time for $35, less gas. Declined.
