My first experience with this company has been less than favorable.

I completed a signing for them on January 11th. After a month I followed up regarding my payment. I Was told they never received an invoice and that was why payment had not been issued. I immediately resent my invoice and I was then informed that payment would be issue the following week. The week came to pass and still no payment. I received another email now stating payment was originally sent on January 25th and requesting confirmation whether payment was received or not. I pointed out obviously it wasn't as I already emailed regarding not receiving it. Confused I ask whether they were stating that payment was sent and the check was cashed. I waited another few days and no response. I then called the company and was told that an email was sent to me regarding payment issued on the 25th in which I explained I had already responded to said email... Finally I get an email stating they are reissuing my payment.

So in summary, I was told one thing then another regarding why my payment was late. Then I had to confirm THREE times that I never received payment before they reissued payment.

I did one for them in April, a deed-in-lieu-of-foreclosure. They were very professional to work with and paid in less than 30 days.
