Did one for them today - a purchase loan signing. Very happy - no handholding or babying, no looking over my shoulder - just here's the job go do it and report in. Was also surprised no faxbacks for a purchase - and I confirmed that 3 times - just drop the package.

This was my first one for them - hope they keep calling - I'm very pleased.

I don't know anything about them other than they called me to do a signing that was a little out of my range. She was a little put off by my declining the job. Then, she called again about 5 minutes later and repeated the spiel. Clearly working down a list. No problem with that. However, when I advised her she had just called me, she hung up with no apology or acknowledgement of my response. I wasn't aware she had hung up, and had to ask if she was still there. Very unprofessional.
