You all must not be "Preferred Notaries" then as they seem to be on the low end of the pay scale,from their contract:

"Pricing: (Please note that Timios assigns closing vendors based on ranking within our software system. Ranking is based on performance and pricing. In order to be ranked in our highest tier you must agree to meet the prices within our guidelines for your county and state. Our national average for email closing is $80.)

$ 80 for e-mail docs doesn't work for me....

They are a great company to work they meet my fee everytime I will work for them anytime. They also pay very quickly.

I love them and will work for them anytime. They pay a fair fee and pay quickly and I have not had any problems as far as packages/appointments go.

I did a signing for them last month. Easy to work for, met my fee and paid in a timely manner. I would definitely work for them again.

Paid in 2 weeeks. Only issue was I was told it was a ReFi, when it was rev mortgae. Client did not seem to have any idea what he was getting into. I asked if he had taken the "class" and he said yes.

Good company. Pay in about 2 weeks. Staff very friendly and helpful. No hoops to jump through.

I just did a job for them. The client was a "problem" and the POC at Timios was very helpful. The packet was neat and well done. I'll post when they pay.
