Notaries use caution when taking assignments from this company. National Notary Signing Services, Inc. dba Nationwide Notary Signing Services in Beverly Hills CA. I did 4 closings for them in October and when I received a check for two of them it is hot. The bank it is drawn off of is Chase. And Chase verified there was no money in the account or the account that is attached to it. Come to find out the business license is also suspended. (Secretary of State in CA). Michelle Miller is the woman who wrote the check and when I talked to her a few weeks back I asked her to stop payment and let me know what check number and how much. She never did. She said to me yesterday that she did stop payment. Well according to Chase it was not. She then said she just pulled the money out of the account because people had been stealing money out of the account. She is a perfect example of a liar. She has also given me the excuse that a temp was not doing her job. But according to another lady in the office, there was never a temp there. So I am faced with a lot of headaches to resolve this matter. Just beware of them and what Michelle Miller is made of.
