Oh, I hope this is not true. I did 2 signings for them this month.
Make sure that you send a demand letter to them, cc an attorney and send it registered mail.
Please keep us posted on your outcome.

I have a Notary Company in Denver, Colorado, called Teriel Closing Solutions. You do exactly as they requested, yet no payment. It says on their Confirmation Sheet that they pay within 30 days after the Closing has taken place. Its been since June 16th,it is now September 28th and I have not seen any money. They didn't get the docs to me by Fed-x in time so, I downloaded their Documents, Closed on the Signing and retured the Docs promptly. I just find it amazing that they send so much information regarding the Notary doing this and that and jumping through hoops for them, you know they were paid by the Bank and yet they don't send their Notary any money. The only reply I received after emailing him today, was "I will look into it".
No "Sorry I overlooked this" "I will send a check immediately. They even had the gumption to email me to ask if I would do another Closing. I said I am sorry, but I am busy and I would just appreciate being paid for the last time.
