I’ve done many signings with ASAP Signing Services and never had any issues with the payment. The check normally arrived in less than 30 days.

This SS is out of Citrus Heights, CA. The owner is Andrea Shank. I finally received payment from them and have dismissed filing the small claims action. Apparently a 'glitch' in their payroll process caused this delay in payment. I would still use CAUTION doing business with them.

I thought this was a decent SS to do a closing for. Unfortunately, that was over 40 days ago and still haven't received payment. Calls & e-mails haven't worked so I finally filed a small claims lawsuit against them. Court date is set for late August 2011. We'll see if they settle, show up in court or what.I don't suggest taking any assignments from them as it sounds like they are having some financial issues.
