Well they have gouged us also. Tullis is an expert at lying; lets see how good of a liar he is when he being deposed?
We will be sending our collection letter to them, and we will keep you posted.

I did a closing for them over 2 months ago. I sent a collection letter and this is the response I received.

[Rachel]I am showing an outstanding balance owed from the company who assigned this.
I will contact them today for remittance of payment and will send you a check out asap.

[Me]Please remit payment today. The work was completed over 2 months ago.

[Rachel]I understand. These people take forever to pay!

[Me]You hired me. You are responsible for my payment.

[Rachel]Absolutely. We always cut a check when we receive the funds from that transaction, but being that is over 60 days late I will go ahead and cut your check.

[Me] Thank you.

I will post when payment is received. I wish I could pay all my bill 60 to 90 days late and not have some type of penalty.

He called me a couple weeks ago - said he had several deals going in my area - I told him I couldn't work for him due to the payment issues I had with his company - he told me Rachel was no longer there (guess she's the scapegoat). I apologized but said no, I can't work for him.

I haven't heard from him since so he must have found someone who doesn't know about him.

I am tryig to seek payment from a March 2011 closing. Rachel is no longer with the company. Tullis did answer the cell phone, but fumbled through the information. Telling me to get him all the lender info, etc. The confirmation has nothing on it~ He stated they are having hard times, but are trying to get everyone paid. WE will SEE about that! I will keep posting....

May want to beware of this company. Did a closing 11-18-10 and have not been paid. Does not respond to emails. Called them today about payment and "they will look into it and get back to me". They do not have good ratings on the other sites for payment problems in 2010.
