Client Services of Virginia has an outstanding invoice from March of this year and it is now July. He claims again that he will mail the payment. I will let you know if I get paid.

Thank-you,

I have completed a few closings for TZI and have always received payment. The last closing I did - payment did not arrive - and when I contacted Matt he indicated that he lost alot of the emails on his computer, and he is hopeful that people will contact him for payment and he will send it right out - which he did for me! I would work for them in the future.

As of the initial filing on 3/9/2010, this business did NOT have a principal office - so sounds like it's run out of her home. She has a street address in the Articles but the business address is a P.O. Box - not good.

Only in business for 9 months and already not paying? If I were you guys I'd be drafting small claims complaints immediately - check your county records, make sure the mortgages you notarized were recorded (so you know your loan funded), then send demand letters to the company AND to the title companies - payment in full within 10 days or you'll be filing the enclosed small claims complaint with your local court - and then stick to it. Don't let this continue any longer - this company is too young to be pulling this stuff already - and young enough that it will be easy for them to pull up stakes quickly.

NOTE: Do NOT threaten to contact the borrowers - they're out of it.

MHO and good luck..

I did a closing for Kim back in October and still have not been paid. She will not answer any of my emails.

I understand it is a start-up company. I did a closing for them 7/29/10. No payment as of yet. Emailed the owner last week, no response. When calling, get an answering machine. Anyone with any information?
