Please be informed that South Coast Title of Florida just wrote to me and said that they are NOT RELATED to the California outfit. The Florida operation claims to not have any payment issues with anyone, so please do not associate these unrelated companies with each other. Thanks!!!

The closing agents in Baltimore have been paid it was hard but we got our money. Then reported these creeps to the state. Joan Farino cannot operate in Maryland any longer by order of the Maryland Insurance Commission. Please call me I'll try to help get your money. 410-299-1003

Not as of today, I have a contact number that's still live, but no I have not been paid,but I don't plan to let it go.. companies like this have no business in the title industry.. South Coast Title and Dynamic Field Solutions that clearly have no respect for hard working Notary's ... its real simple SS or title hires notary, notary does the job, title or SS get paid ..they pay the Notary the agreed fee... simple.. really simple.. it works well 95+% of the time ... its the 5% that apparently have poor internal controls related to their A/P and A/R or flat out are scamming from the time they requested services from a hard working Notary Public. BTW DFS STILL OWES ME $25.00 DOLLARS!!and I want it you bum.

Are you saying South Coast Title is, in fact, not a title company? If it is, contact and report them to the Florida Insurance Commissioner.

There is a lot of discussion on NotaryRotary about this company. Ilene's post (paraphrased below) basically sums it up:

Also located in Costa Mesa, Ca. and Meredian Mortgage apparently owns this company. Joan Farino works out of her home in Floral City, Fl. and calls herself South Coast Title and is apparently in cahoots with the above and who produced the hud and emailed the docs ... the docs went back to her has not paid. Everyone beware.
