You must have put your name and address as the shipper on the Fedex airbill. Never do this...always address the airbill from the company to the company. Never put your name on the shipper side or on the airbill at all. The fine print on the airbill says if the recipient refuses to pay the shipper is liable for the charges, therefore you are responsible for the charges. Just FYI.

Received payment today on this closing - 67 days. I'll let you know what happens with FEDEX.

I did a closing for these people on October 27. They have not paid me and are now giving me the run around. Numbers have been disconnected, etc.
The following are a group of people to avoid:
Anyone with the last name of Bratsafolis
Homebridge Mortgage
Refinance.com
Sovereign Tite
Bratsafolis and Feinerman

It is a bunch of corporations - all owned by Nicholas Bratsafolis and they are not paying their bills. Fedex tried to bill me because their account was in arrears - bunch of crooks. Be careful!
