Very good company that I whave done jobs for about 3 years now. They have cut their fees but they have also worked with me on travel and the Kinkos situation.

I like Nations Signature Closers but they do try to undercut your fee. they pay, and they seem to be honest.

From what I've read elsewhere they get a deal from Kinko's and only pay a fraction of the normal Kinko's print fee to print two copies of the loan package. Will last until a loan package gets screwed up - after all, are we responsible for reviewing the printed packages to make sure the docs have printed properly, there's a complete set for the borrower and all docs are included (including sufficient copies of the RTC if applicable)? Certainly hope not - I'm not going to include Kinko's quality control review as part of my services - you want me to QC the loan package, send it to me to begin with and eliminate the middleman. MHO

Why would a company send loan docs to Kinko's rather than just email them to the Notary? What, to keep from paying the Notary a print fee? Then charge a travel fee to go pick them up. Well, actually if they weren't willing to email the docs to me, I'd tell them to assign the job to someone else.

I have worked for them several times they just once asked me to pick up at Kincos which I did. however, they sure do not pay well they haggle with you on your price and they even asked to do a closing for the total sum of $60.00 because the loacation was close to my home I refused. but they do not pay much the most I have recieved is $120.00
but sometimes I just need the money! Anyone know of other godd paying companies to work for?

Thanks and have prosperace year in 2009!!

I said I wasn't going to the next town to get docs when I could literally walk to this closing AND have my fee cut. So then they said they would email the docs to me but still cut my fee. I said I wasn't going to do it then so they ended up just emailing the docs and not touching my fee.

Now I'm wondering if I should even do this closing because I don't know if I will get paid!

I find it strange they would want to do the print at Kinko's in the next town or cut your fee unless you asked for additional fees for travel. I have done work for NSC for a long time now. They always pay promptly. Never had an issue like that one.
