Escrow Signing Services network is under a new managment from last year. I did a lot of signing for the old staff but only one with the new.

Can you elaborate on the ESS? What does it stand for and where are they?

I have worked or them many times in the last 5 years. I have never had a problem with them. I called the other day regarding a signing completed on 8/23/08 for just a special warranty deed.
I called again the next day. I spoke to someone who said they would look into it. I never heard back. Sometimes they answer the phones and sometimes they don't.
