I would advise to receive payment up front from this company otherwise it will take you 3 months of calling to get payment from them!!!!!

I closed a loan for them on 9/9/09 and still do not have payment. They keep asking me to send an invoice or the person in accounting is not in. I have spoken to everyone in the office and today I found out the "person" in accounting is the owner. I wish I checked them out before accepting as I see now they are very slow to pay or don't pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Still no payment from Cheryl....this time the excuse is "It will be sent with July's payments". So far, nothing. Will not do any other closings for them.

Did a job for United Land in March. Packages still huge and complicated. Unlike previous work, still waiting for payment. First reponse from them, "can't find your invoice". Now, payment to be received shortly....define "shortly". Probably won't do any others.

The amount they promise to pay is great. But the work involved with the loan, changes in appt. dates and times, reprints because of incorrect docs, time spent with borrower, huge packages, collection efforts, makes it not such a great deal.

Glad to hear that.. I just received my payment from a June closing today. I was more concerned about the lackadaisical behavior, as this file was closed in June and payment was not received until September.

Did a signing for them in Aug. Said check to be cut 9/15. Wish me luck!! Will let you know if I receive it. That pkg. was probably the largest I have ever printed 245 pgs. Took 2 hrs. with borrower. Was complicated as it was sectioned off with different instructions for each section. Borrower had been contemplating loan for 6 mo. and kept changing her mind.

I did a signing for them on June 12, 2008 and I have not been paid. I had worked with them in the past, so the name was known to me, but not the turn around time on the payments. I'll let you know when I receive it.

Wow, it's been a really long time since I've worked with them, but I seem to remember that they don't pay on a no-sign or no-fund, and on funded loans, they pay something like the end of the month that follows the appointment. I didn't like working for them, and I only did two jobs for them in January 2006. According to my A/R records, payment arrived in 60 days and 56 days respectively (payment received in early March for January signings).
