Just had to reject a debt settlement signing with these folks for several reasons:

1) One of their agents was rude & impatient with me when I explained that I needed to confer with the powers-that-be in my state before I would sign legal documents stating that I was serving in the capacity of a paralegal. I am a notary, not a paralegal and have qualms about presenting myself as such. I just wanted to be sure I wasn't going to get cross-ways with regulators in my state. The agent got testy with me because I was concerned about safeguarding my professional standards and reputation.

2) They only wanted to pay 1/2 of my standard fee. They initially agree to pay most of my fee, but then sent a confirmation with a significantly lesser amount listed.

3) I have a regular client who contracts with me to provide the same service and pays my full fee. I feel like I would be cheating that client to do the same work for someone else at a much lesser rate.

After several phone calls with no satisfactory resolution, I decided these folks were not worth my time. I chose not to do business with anyone who will not support me in my efforts to ensure I do the best job that I can for all of the parties involved.

Always pay quickly. May not pay as much as the title companies and some of the packages are big. But, you can always count on getting paid. I like this company.

This company is da bomb! They are very professional, make themselves available, pay well and promptly (received check in less than 2 weeks after closing). Their closings will take top priority for me!
