| Did a signing for OC Signing Services in March and have not been paid. After numerous attempts to contact this company and Darrin, we contacted Ticor Title. They had paid him for the signing. Today, after reading the complaints about Darrin Bobbin and the company, we filed a complaint to the BBB. We'll see what happens. Ticor is not happy with this situation at all. |

Spoke with Ticor Title she did say they use Darrin Bobier alot and they were not aware of the situation and she would let the escrow officers know this is the first she has heard of any complaints we need to inform the companies!

I did a job for him in February and he won't return calls pay or answer e-mail. I'm in Florida and I do a lot of work form California companies. Some of them are horrible and they think since I am so far away I will just forget about it but they are so WRONG!

report him to the title and esrow they are not aware let them know Darrin is not paying they will stop using him |

I did a signing for him 2/7 and returned for title on 2/20 with additional doc. Can't tell you how many emails faxes and phone calls I have made.
Escrow officer was nice about telling me they already paid him and to speak with him. GREAT! I would if I could!
She said she would try to get a current phone number. I guess I'm going to have to get mad and angry like Mike C to get anywhere. Is this the only way people communicate in CA? I prefer to keep it civil, but if irate is what they want, I can dish that out too! |

| He's very convincing ... no? I did a signing for him some time ago and did not get paid. I kept calling him with no results and finally called the Title Company and talked to the escrow officer. I told her that if I had known they dealt with "DeadBeat Companies" I would never have done work for them. Have to admit I was ranting a bit at her. However, he called me not long afterward and promised to send a check. I did get paid for the signing but would not work for them again. |
