I received the same e-mail. Website is down as well and I cannot get anyone to reply to e-mails or answer phones. Guess I am out of my money now.

Below is a copy of an email I received from Dawn on 5-26-08:

This email is being sent to inform you that Pinnacle Real Estate Services, Inc. may be shutting down or filing bankrupt in the next 30 days. There are many reasons that have lead the company to this decision. You will be receiving formal notice, and status of any payments owed.

I want to apologize for the lack of communication over the past few months, and also apologize for our current situation.

I sincerely offer my apologies.

I did a signing for this company earlier this month the e-mail address I have for them is cs@realpinnacle.com. Don't know if that will help anyone or not.

I am stuck as my invoice is not 30 days late yet so I do not want to start mailing letters, e-mails and calls but then again I do because of what everyone is saying about this company.

What would you do in my case? Thanks. (I know the final choice is mine but would like others opinion as well.)

Pinnacle hasn't paid me either. Dawn's voice mailbox is full and the email address is invalid. Looks like another non-payment company. I am so sick of chasing $$. When are we notaries going to try to get some legislation together to enforce payment or make filing against these theives an easier process? She was paid 250.00 for the signing I did and had contracted with me for 95.00. Nice.

I spoke with the Lender and they stated that don't use Pinnacle Real Estate Services any longer because of the not payment issues and could not help. I left a message with the Escrow Officer and have not received any return calls. My next move is to file a complaint with the Department of Corporations, Attorney General and FBI Internet Fraud.

This is not good as I did a signing for them last month. Have you contacted the Title company?

On January 4, 2008 Pinnacle Real Estate hired me to completed a signing. The signing was completed on 1/7/08 as agreed and all documentation properly forward. Repeated emails and phone calls have failed to get a positive response, only promises of payment coming, but never received. The last letter, email and phone conversation on 4/7/08, I gave them an additional 2 weeks (until 4/21/08) for payment to be made prior to contacting all parties, forums and all signing agents in a four county area as to the issue of non-payment. At that time they apologized and stated they would look into the matter, On 4/16/08 Dawn stated (by email) payment would be sent, but I received no response as to when that would happen. As of today, no payment has been received and I have not been able to reach them by phone.
