Linda, no way you would have known it was a duplicate. I thought it strange that Doc Signing Pros copied and pasted their same post from another thread two weeks after the first go-round.

Actually, at the end of September this was pointed out to Doc Signing Pros on another thread titled: Doc Signing Pros Mobile Notary LLC of Granada Hill

The same notary had posted about the same issue, and Doc Signing Pros simply copied and pasted their post from that one onto this one. They claimed it was OK to use a non-notary attorney because the property was located in Texas, but the signing occurred in Georgia. PAW replied with very useful info to the contrary, but who knows if they "got" it....

Due to this error, the lender required a resigning of documents. We requested for you to correct the issue; however on the second attempt you retracted the documents from FedEx as you felt uncomfortable in correcting the issue and continue to hold these documents in your possession. Not only is it illegal to hold on to documents which are the property of the lender, you failed to complete your contractual obligation for the signing. Do you have proof that the documents were shipped and delivered?

Understand that you are still in possession of documents that do not belong to you. In regards to the 2nd attempt in which we contacted you to correct your errors, you completed the signing, dropped the docs off at the FedEx drop off box and then waited for the FedEx Pickup and asked the FedEx personnel to give you back the package.

The loan eventually did fund, however we had to contract another Notary to conduct the signing again since you failed to complete the assignment and this loan had to close. We tried to call you numerous times and you hung up on us as well as failed to answer our calls.

We did recieve payment for this loan from Title, however we paid the Notary that completed the assignment.

In regards to the Title Company no longer using us is due to numerous errors on the Notary's part which eventually reflects our Company. Your assignment was one of these errors which was unacceptable and which eventually caused our business relationship with the Title Company to end.

This letter retracts and terminates the signing request contract as the job was not completed by you.

Should you have any questions or if you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to call our office direct at 877-330-1174.

I guess this just goes to show there are two sides to every story .... I just have one question here for DocSigningPros...

Do you not realize that GA is an attorney-only state? You contracted with notaries at all times to go complete this loan? Perhaps that is why your client terminated their relationship with you - this is something you should be aware of - if you're subcontracting work out you should know the requirements of the state where you're sending the work..

I worked for Doc Signing Pros Mobile Notary LLC of Granada Hills CA. They were paid by the Title Company but did not pay me. They refused to pay me saying the signing was not completed, they said it was rejected by the Title Company. The Title Company said Doc Signing Pros Mobile Notary LLC was paid for my service and the signing was completed. The Title Company also said they no longer used Doc Signing Pros Mobile Notary LLC of Granada Hills CA.
Doc Signing Pros Mobile Notary LLC of Granada Hills CA is not listed with the BBB to complain.

Doc Signing Pros of Granada Hills is a different company from Doc Pros of Irvine. But, I appreciate the good feedback on new companies in any case.

Yes, I have had a few signings for them in the Central Valley. I have had a good experience with them. They have always paid. The only down fall is you do have to fax alot of documents back to them.
