How long ago was this? Since according to co-owners - they closed their doors in 09/2007.

I have done several signings for them and have not gotten paid for one. I called to ask about them and they stated that they were going out of business and were trying to get all the ones that were completed done. I am not holding my breathe.

I did a last minute signing at 10pm for PDS in June 2007. I was never paid. PDS is out of business. MATT HERRICK who worked for PDS at the time, currently works for DOCUSERV. I did a job for DOCUSERV in December 2007 and have not been paid for that job yet either. In March 2008 DOCUSERV called me to do another signing for them. I will not work for DOCUSERV again.

I did only one for them a year ago. Nothing since. I was paid in 45 days and signing was uneventful. I have never heard from them again for a signing in the last year.

This company is another one that is impossible to get payment from. They owe me for 2 signings from over a year ago. I filed a complaint with the BBB.

I did a job for them In April 2007. After several phone calls, faxes and postings on message boards, I filed a complaint with the BBBin their area (www.labbb.org). I received a check two days later on June 4, 2007. I do not intend to work this hard to get paid again. I don't know if they are still in business.

Same story here. I did a signing for them in March 2007 and never got paid. Matt Herrick told me they were trying to get some cash to stay in business.

I have posted comments about this company. To my knowledge, they are no longer in business. I was lucky, I have been paid in full. However, I literally had to threaten them with legal action in order to get paid. I've had to do that alot these days in order to get paid by some of the companies that I work for. Its really too bad. They ask us to do the signing, get the loan documents back on time. They get paid, but we as notaries have to wait a very long time to get paid.

Worked for them up to mid 2007. Matt Harrick, co-owner kept making assurance that he'd pay down past due invoices. In 09/07, he emailed that he'd closed their doors, and "nothing anyone" could do about their unpaid signings.

Anyone else burned by them?
