I have done several signings for this company this year, and have not found the split doc's to be much of an issue. Vanessa is easy to work with, they pay well, and I get my fee within 3-4 weeks! I've done signings for several other companies this year, and 2-3 months later still haven't been paid; so I'd rather do a little extra work for someone that I know is going to pay me. I will definately keep doing jobs for Get It Signed Notary.

I have not worked for Get it Signed, however they called me for a job about two months ago. The gal didn't mention the faxbacks, split package or making copies, but I did ask about it after initially saying I was available. After I found out about all that extra work, I determined that the fee she was offering was not acceptable. I used to do all that stuff for no extra charge when I was new, but not now. We could not come to terms on fee so I passed on the job.

I have done a Countrywide signing for them recently and was paid in a reasonably timely manner. I did not think to ask when I took the assignment about fax backs, as this hasn't come up that much recently with other signing companies, and this was a big mistake because the fax back requirements are basically all of the notarized docs as well as most of the loan docs, and the split mailing requires making copies of the docs sent to one location (Title company and Countrywide) to put in the other package so each location gets a full set. The title company gets COPIES of all the loan docs as well as the original copy of the DOT, but Countrywide got the original loan docs but a copy of the DOT. So, be sure to ask about fax backs and try to get them to pay extra for this.

Just did a signing for GIS Notary last month (2/08) paid at end of month as promised. First time I worked for this company and made it clear that I was "wary" as I couldn't locate any info on them. Vanessa said they do Countrywide loans in So. CA. Also, there is a lot of fax back, split document shipments and voluminous instructions that warn the Notary that ANY variation from their instructions could result in NO payment for the siging.
