First National Closing Agents are SCAMS!! Traveled over 1 1/2 hrs (one way) THREE TIMES!! Even saved the loan as the borrower wanted to stop the loan. No posting on them that I could find. I put the first beware on the Notary sites. Now wished I would have left the loan die as I received $35 for the 3 signings! Docs were wrong for borrower two times! Nasty people--must be lawyers! Never paid (but promised by Nicholas Murch)would pay.

Get payment upfront! Do not trust!! We are last on the food chain in this business and should be first! A lot of energy, professional service, work, and travel!!

Let's stop this gift of giving to the scam artists!! [b][black]No pay - No Service MOTTO!!

This company owes me from an 08/2007 closing. I have been in contact with their AP tech Terri, but she keeps giving me the run around. I also spoke with her boss who was not helpful. I've given them one more week to issue the check or else it will get submitted to collections through NNA.

It took me about 2 months to get paid, after calling constantly. Then they shorted me money...I was livid, and told them I would tell everyone not to ever work for them! I guess I didn't have to, they went under I understand! GOOD!! serves them right!

Yes, they have gone under although their parent company, First Legal, is still operating. I finally got paid for a shorted payment just last week!! Yippee!

I closed a loan for them 1/13/07 and received pymt 3/5/07. To give them credit, they did send the check to the wrong address originally, which explains the time difference, I guess. I think I read they went out of business.
