This lady is apparently out-of-business, and did not pay a number of notaries before she closed. I’d be hesitant to keep her (and some others)on your most highly recommended list.

I did a signing for 1/2 of a home closing in January 2010. They charged the client $210 for notary service while I charged Todaro $150. I have sent them 5 invoices, 2 letters, called many, many times, and get no response from them. The BBB in Ohio can't contact the and they are not members. The Stow Municipal Court Clerk told me I have to be present to file a small claims suit. I fly free on standby so I may take this approach. She also said I might try the civil side for theft of service which I may move forward on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM TODARO NOTARY SIGNING SERVICE!

Has anyone done business with this company recently? I have been trying to reach them to get paid on a closing done in November.

I totally agree. I have done several signings for her, and she is great. She is very patient and does pay quickly. I highly recommend Vanessa Todaro.
