I have sent emails, left messages with no response and have had no choice but to file another complaint with the BBB. |

This is all too bad because I enjoyed working for LoanSigners, Inc. until they stopped paying me. I have read the message on their website and as much as I appreciate the situation they have gotten themselves into, I still hope to be paid for the work that I did for them.

This is what happened to me last month. Calls were coming in like crazy when I get this call from LoanSigners, Inc. I took the signing for an exquisite amount of money. When they approved, I got the feeling I needed to delve further into this company.
I immediately contacted the Better Business Bureau and did a business background check on them. I spotted the F rating and looked into the reason why when I saw the brunt of their complaints were notary non pays. The Better Business Bureau strongly recommends that you do not do business with a company of this nature. Check it out.
I sent loansigners, inc. an email telling them that I could not do the signing because of their deceitful business practices. It took them two days to stop calling me before they figured out that I will not deal with people who do not pay their notaries. At the rate this company is going, you may find them on the same list of that other really bad guy in the industry (you know, the one that is named after something you wear on your feet)
Normally, I am aware of non paying companies and have a blacklist, but for whatever reason, loansigners, inc. missed the list. I have been doing signings for eleven years and pretty much know who the bad guys are now. Needless to say, one can easily slip through if you are not always on your guard.
So my point is to always, even when you feel fairly certain about the companies, check them out BEFORE you do business with them at the Better Business Bureau. You can save yourself a lot of aggrivation later.

This is a word of warning to anyone out there who has NOT done a signing for LoanSigners,INC owned by Chris Von Nieda in Irvine, CA. Before accepting an assisgnment please do yourself a favor and look them up - on BBB (F rating), on NotaryBeware, on NotaryRotary and other sites.
If you have done work for this company and have NOT been paid (a good probability) please do not stop trying to collect. Email, fax and phone Chris to get your payment. He needs to be aware that people will not accept his "theft of services" policy where he collects from the lenders and title companies for the work that we do (and the costs that we put out) and NOT pay us. |
