Don't create false certificates, or attach a false certificate to a document. This is fraudulent and can cost you your commisison plus fines. Certificates must have the correct name of the signer based on identity documents, and correct dates of notarization. All other information including document name, number of pages, must be correct too, otherwise you are committing fraud, or making a very serious error.
