Answering your phone?
Notaries are usually good at answering their phones. If customers have trouble reaching you in their initial call, they will most likely not use you. Nobody wants to leave a message and wait. People want immediate results. Answer your phone. Take your phone into the bathroom with you. Take your phone to parties and put it on vibrate. If you belong to a meditation group, thats the exception to the rule. They can hear the vibration in that quiet room and its disturbing. Your regular customers will also want to be able to reach you. If its to hard to reach you, or if you are slow answering messages, you will not be first on their list for long.
