What if there are more names to be notarized than will fit in the acknowledgment wording. Just attach a lose acknolwedgment or jurat form and put the other names on the additional form. If there is a prewritten acknowledgment form with two names, and only one signer shows up, just use an attached form and don't touch the certificate wording on the document.
