Double check your work - Put docs in envelope - Drop in Fedex box.
After everything is signed and notarized, double check all of the documents to see that they are notarized and signed correctly. Then put them in an overnight envelope and take them to the nearest Fedex, UPS station, or whatever courier company that was assigned. Signing companies and lenders don't want to be kept waiting, so don't waste time -- get the documents dropped off as soon as humanly possible!
