What if the client asks the notary to create a document for them?
Be careful. If you agree to do this, tell them that your work does NOT constitute legal advice and that they or their attorney are the ones who must approve whether they think its worded well as you refrain from comment. If you think that you will do a bad job crafting a document, then refer them to an attorney.
