Last minute documents
documents are often sent by Fedex / UPS, or by e-documents on your computer. Documents often arrive at the last minute which means you have to go all the way back home to pick up documents and then go to a signing. E-documents are frequently last minute as well. It is baffling that lenders can't think ahead and have paperwork ready a few days in advance. If you have any trouble printing your e-documents, the whole signing might be undermined.
