| Introduction | Most notaries are having a great time with this company. A particular notary complained about their userID being changed on the directory without them being informed. Another notary was dropped from their system after that notary's fee offering had been dropped by $20. Someone else had a miserable experience with their e-document downloading & printing technology. As of 2016, Notaries are complaining that the fees are not enough. No other issues though. |
