| Introduction | One notary had a bad experience with this company. Apparantly the title company failed to close twice (not due to any notary issue), and payment was reduced by the signing company intermediary for non-closing. The second signing, it once again didn't close because the Title company failed to collect some necessary information. Then, the signing company asked if the notary would go back a 3rd time for FREE! What do you think the notary said? I'll leave that to your imagination. |
