ServiceLink uses its technology platform, Vision, to offer title, settlement, appraisal, default and asset management related products and services.
ServiceLink is based in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania and has more than 1,200 employees; it is licensed to operate in all 50 states and services many of the top lenders in the United States. The company takes advantage of its position as an underwriter of Fidelity National Financial (FNF) to deliver national coverage for title insurance.
Title Service from ServiceLink
The company uses its title plant assets -- such as Property Insight -- to access and return title data instantly to a large percentage of the US population. ServiceLink also uses E-Abstract technology, which allows a title search vendor (abstractor) to send the land records data directly into the FNF Vision System.
ServiceLink also uses iClose, which is a convenient web-based technology that streamlines the closing process, helping clients execute documents when it's convenient for them. Borrowers, for example, only need to sign one piece of paper throughout the entire process, allowing ServiceLink to execute the loan documents on their behalf.
