I recently contacted William for a closing on a house in Jamaica And states. William Ottignon is one of the most professional people I have encountered in my business world in several years. "Bill" drove over to my house in the late evening hours as I had forgotten to have a document to submit to EPA notarized; he did this without hesitation and in doing so, I was able to get the document in timely thus making my client happy.
