Mrs. Barnes was quick to answer her phone. We set up a time to meet and she arrived 10 minutes early. Her prices are reasonable and I will recommend her for any notary needs.

Ms. Carmen Barnes professionalism, timeliness, and expertise had exceeding me and my family''s expectations. Ms. Barnes was responsive, kind, and knowledgeable about the logistics for completion of Power of Attorney and Living Will documents. Not only did not take the time to educate us about the rights and limitations of the Agent, but went the extra mile assist us with locating resources to locate and print these documents. Ms. Barnes has came to our rescue in our time of need. We are beyond appreciative and grateful.

Carmen Barnes has been exceedingly effectual in the handling of business, for our family, during our times of distress, anxiety, and grief. With our terminally-ill family member lain in a hospital bed, Ms. Barnes was composed, efficient, patient, and professional with our family. There were several papers that she had to notarize and she assisted by reiterating (for better understanding) what was being signed. Truly, we appreciated her approach, in this matter, as she steadfastly worked within an unsettling environment at the hospital.
I highly recommend her services to anyone who seeks the assistance of a professional and experienced notary. We could not thank Ms. Barnes, enough for her services.

I made a last minute call on a Sunday evening, when most people are preparing for the week ahead. I was in dire need to have a document notarized for my kids.I got so many other notaries that asked me to make an appointment, but I had to pick up a second person in this situation whom lived in PG county, and I live in Montgomery County. When Carmen said yes instantly I was so happy I could of cried. Carmen is very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend her services.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
