Anne was amazing! She was a few minutes early and very well prepared. She reviewed the complex signature process (Mortgage refinance) and stepped us through each page. The opportunity for errors was huge and my wife (with a recent name change) and I made none. I had to sign 5 different versions of my signature. Anne''s pleasant demeanor, professionalism, and focus were both a pleasure to work with and reassuring. Finally, she detected an error in the paperwork and, with a phone call, was able to correct it while we continued signing. We highly recommend Anne Nicholas

Anne did a notary service for me today and she was wonderful. It is a Sunday late afternoon and she had about a 40 minute drive to come to my mom's apartment to notarize a POA for us. She was very pleasant, sweet and kind and very knowledgeable about the document and I was very grateful for that. I will definitely use Anne again if I need anything else notarized in the future and I will be sure to recommend her to any friend or family member looking for a notary.

Anne was the notary who closed our refinance on October 17th. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the documents we were signing. She even called us 2 days before our scheduled closing to let us know she might be running late on the 17th. I appreciated her giving us a heads up and calling us with an ETA the day of our closing. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional notary. She does an excellent job and is very personable to work with.

Anne executed our 1st mortgage refinance closing last week 9-27-2012. She did an excellent job. She arrived 5 minutes early, was well prepared, professional and made the entire experience a pleasure. She took time to answer ALL of our questions and in some cases walked through the numbers in a step-by-step fashion and allowed me to add all of the numbers to ensure that I fully understood what I was signing. We completed the closing in just over an hour and she made sure that I understood the wire transfer instruction fully and presented them in a clear and concise manner. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend her for any notary services you may need, especially a closing!
