Kathy was so incredibly accommodating. Having no family that lived in the area, my aunt needed a power of atty notarized while an out of town family member was in town visiting. Kathy was very busy on the day I called but understood the urgency and was able to work in the visit to our aunt's room the same day we called at the end of her very busy work day. We cannot express how grateful we are as this will allow family to assist my aunt with future plans with paying bills, housing, etc. Additionally, Kathy was also very personable and kind.

I Took A Vacation Day To Have Something Notarized And Ended Up Sick All Day! We Looked Up notary's In Our Area and discovered we had kathy right up street... I really didn't want to have to go anywhere but when I realized we didn't even have to drive it was a blessing in disguise! she made things so easy for us and we were done notarizing within 15 minutes and back in bed and another 10! she was friendly and courteous, she made you feel very welcome and I would recommend her to anybody that needs a notary... Thanks Kathy!

I have worked with Kathy on many transactions over the past few years and I have only had positive experiences with her. She is experienced, friendly, accommodating and always leaves a great impression on my clients. In this industry where mistakes and last minutes changes are inevitable, her flexibility and pro-activeness are second to none. She always makes sure that my clients are happy and my transactions go smoothly. Thank you Kathy for all of your top-notch work!

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
