Mrs. Brooks is very thorough and punctual. A true professional. I highly recommend her.

I used Ms. Brooks services recently and was very pleased with her. She was on time, polite and thorough. I have just hired her for a second time for additional needs. I highly recommend her for professional and friendly services.

Beverly arrived at my disabled sister's home promptly and notarized a document for her. She was very courteous and personable. I would definitely use her services again.

Beverly was very helpful, and met with us when it was convenient with our schedule. Even offered to take our completed documents and drop them off with ups. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I hired this notary today to get a "Certificate of Identity" notarized for my medical licensing exam application. She suggested we meet at a McDonalds because she worked from home. I asked which one in town she would prefer and she told me there is one very near where she lived and she would prefer to meet there though I was more than willing to come to her; the point is the travel involved was minimal.
She was there on time. There is something wrong with her mental abilities; she is the slowest walker, talker and thinker I have met. And she is not THAT old.
And she charged 20$ for the notarization in the state of VA. I thought it was steep but being ignorant at that time paid anyway. Just realized from this site that its supposed to be 5$. 15$ for travel that I didn't ask for?? I was the one who drove 7 miles and she lived next door.
Overcharges and is annoying slow. If you could find someone else, AVOID!

Notary's responses:
He did offer to come to my home which I was not comfortable with, so I offered a closer place to both of us which is approximately 5 miles from my house. I do take the time to look over documents before I sign them and I do ask for drivers licenses to verify identity and make sure they haven’t expired. I never just quickly sign my name, date, stamp and throw it back to them. They are hiring me for a purpose and I make sure what I’m notarizing is legitimate.

For him to complain about the fee is one thing, but to complain about my character is another. I guess these foreigners aren’t used to smaller towns where people are polite and kind. P.S. He should feel comfort in the fact that I’ve had a full background investigation and I work my business full-time and take pride in what I do.

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
