After talking with her, I felt that she was the right person to visit with our Lessor, an older gentleman with an ailing wife. She was very personable and professional and the Lessor felt comfortable with having Nancy visit with him, at his home, and walk him through the steps of signing and notarizing the required documents. Nancy contacted me as soon as she left the Lessor's home to let me known that everything was signed. Nancy printed the emailed FedEx label, put the documents in a FedEx envelope and returned them to us. Everything was in proper order. Her assistance is greatly appreciated.
