I have used Dana for over two years now on all my Killeen, Waco, Burnet, and surrounding area closings. She and her staff are AMAZING. I have never had an issue with any signing and she is always willing to go the extra mile to be sure we are totally satisfied. I can call on her to be there whenever I am in a pinch or need something small. I appreciate all her hard work and her accessability.

We used her services for years and she was wonderful. She was sent a job recently and did not contact the custodian to reschedule, did not let us know she was unable to perform the duties. She still has not responded to e-mail or phone messages. I won't be using her in the future.

Notary's responses:
I never saw this one come through on my email, I apologize. I was out of the office a couple of days last week, and someone in my office was monitoring it, I would of thought something would of been done. I apologize again.

Dana was great! I was dealing with a medical records custodain who was unfamiliar with the process of responding to Subpoenas. Dana walked them through it, had extra copies of documents to cover there mistakes and got the job done in record time.

Dana is always reliable. She is the utmost professional, upbeat and positive. We have always had great service from her.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
