Susan was very prompt. She was courteous and very patient , Helped with any questions asked . She is very professional and did my closing quickly and efficiently . I rate her five stars on all aspects of my closing and would easily recommend her for her service .

I appreciate all the help Suzan gave me today on the reverse mortgage application packet. She helped me put together a list of questions for my loan officer and we called him together to get the answers I needed. I still wasn’t sure if I wanted to sign anything but she had another appointment to attend and offered to come back to my home after giving me time to think. I did sign all of the preliminary application the second time we met and I appreciate that she gave me the time I needed and didn't rush me.

We haven't had much contact with the bank throughout this refinance and weren't certain about the final terms.Sue was able to put our fears to rest by showing us where to find information about our loan in the paperwork.
