This man was amazing! He waited to get on post for almost an hour to get documents signed! If you are in need of someone, please go to him because he is the definition of helping clients! And just like everyone else...I was a little nervous to call a person I found online...but the experience was way better than I was expecting!! I called Norman on a Wednesday to meet Thursday morning to assist me with an employment I-9 form....when other notaries weren't familiar with the form...Norman helped me out right away. He presented all his official docs upon meeting, completed the form, and Norman accepts cash, check or credit card. He will drive to meet you...anywhere in Maryland!
