Craig Housworth, Texas Notary Public
8806 N Navarro Ste 600 Victoria, TX 77904
I scheduled a signing with this notary on a Monday for a Wednesday apt. I followed up an e-mail which was recieved by him and instructions. When I called the day before (Tuesday) to confirm the apointment this notary canceled and then hung up on me. He was extremely unprofessional.

She did call me but never followed up with an email. I didn''t know if I had the job or not. She called Tuesday and I had already planned my Wednesday. I ask all signing companies to please follow up with an email. That way I can schedule it in to confirm it. If not then I can''t guaranteed I can keep the date. If I then tell you my schedule is tied up and there is no way to I can complete it, please do not be rude, do not harass me and do not degrade me. That is what Megan did, and I did not appreciate it. 123notary and Jeremy did not seem to care that I was degraded. Please be understanding and work with me. I can always move dates around if you are willing to. We try to close 100% of our closings. Just be nice and you will receive it back.
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
