Vernon Lawrenceprovided ideal services, in a professional, and comprehensive manner. He was truly accommodating, prepared, thorough, and went above and beyond since it was on a Sunday that I required his services. I would recommend him highly, and not hesitate to utilize his services again.

Mr. Vernon Lawrence was extraordinary! We did three home closings with Mr. Lawrence during the pandemic. He was accommodating with social distancing requests each time. I was so pleased with Mr. Lawrence''s knowledge and efficiency that I use him for 2 more closings. He answered all our questions and explained a very complicated VA closing. He was always on time. Never early! Never late! Right on time and well prepared. I look forward to working with Mr. Lawrence in the future. It was a smooth and delightful experience.

Mr Lawrence did a wonderful job. Client is 93 years old and he treated her with dignity and respect. Took the time to carefully introduce himself and explained his role. Very happy with his work, highly recommend, and will call again.

A pleasurable experience under not so pleasant circumstances. Vernon''s kind and caring demeanor as well as knowledge made me less stressed; walking me through each item in the POA and Health Proxy paperwork. Much appreciated and a blessing!

Vernon motorized my signatures on the closing of my first home. Vernon was very professional and attentive to detail during the closing. Vernon did not let me miss any signatures and our closing went off without a hitch. Thank you Vernon for a great experience!

Vernon was Great! I called him Wednesday afternoon about a short notice statement I needed notatized by the end of the day. He was able to meet me right down the street from my house after work and help me get it done! Talk about service! Quick response and was exactly where we had agreed to meet when we had agreed to meet there! Seriously what more could you ask for! This guy made it into my contacts and will be my first call for anything I need notarized!

Mr. Lawrence did a great job. He met with my buyers and went through the loan documents with them. Everything was correct. I would use again.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
