Danielle was very professional and friendly as she helped us with the remote closing or our home sale. She is focussed on the details of the paperwork, which allows only so much time for other conversation, but in what social dialogue we shared she managed to make us feel welcome to the Vancouver area and confident that she would play a reliable role in getting our sale closed on time. So glad we had the chance to meet her.

Danielle was so organized and ready to help us get this done. My husband is legally blind so it took extra time for him to sign all the forms. She was very patient and supportive. She knows her stuff and it was very special to have such a caring person come into our home.

Danielle came out to my parents home for a purchase signing. I was concerned that title didn't require the papers to be scanned before they were sent, in case they were lost. She offered to scan them anyway and send them to me to ease my mind. That was very nice of her to go out of her way for me. I really appreciated it!

We had Danielle come to our hospital room about 3 months ago to notarize some documents for me and my Dad. She showed up on time and was very professional and kind. Since I had so many signatures needed, she was nice enough to give us a discount to make it more affordable. I came across her name again today and since I forgot to review her before I decided to do it right away so I wouldn''t forget.

Danielle came out same day to help my mother and I get a paper notarized and she was very patient with my mother. My mom has a condition that makes it difficult for her. I will be calling her again when I need a notary.
